side-tableYour evening begins with an educational one hour tour of this beautiful certified organic farm, nestled into the picturesque Pleasant Valley outlined by gently rolling organic fields and breathtaking backdrop views of the majestic Mt. Mansfield. After the tour, guests mingle with the farmers while enjoying appetizers including Farmer Annie’s famous Hot Pepper Jelly. Guests are then seated in an outdoor covered setting with fresh flowers picked on the tour. The Valley Dream Farm dinning experience is prepared by a local guest chef of the week from one of the area’s great restaurants.  Our family style dinners begin with an abundant salad and fresh bread with organic Vermont butter. The meal continues with several delicious entrees and an array of the our seasonal certified organic vegetables and herbs picked and prepared that day. Our dinners are complimented with other delicious local foods and Vermont products. Every dinner is concluded with desert and Farmer Joe’s homemade ice cream made fresh that day. Pair your dessert with local, fresh ground coffee for a grand finale to this delightful farm experience. Every dinner is a unique delicious surprise. Families are welcomed; we offer Organic Mac & Cheese to the younger picky eaters. The Farm Store is open during the whole evening for additional purchases including souvenir’s, Annie’s Hot Pepper Jelly, other Farm made canned items, and as always an abundant produce selection.

Fresh Organic Lemonade, Coffee and Ice Water are included in your meal. Anything additional that you desire, you may bring; we provide glasses, openers and coolers for anything our guests bring.

New this year! Boyden Valley Winery will be attending our dinners to offer wine tastings and pairings. Wine can be purchased by the glass or bottle.

Special dietary needs and Allergies

Please contact the farm with all food allergies and dietary requests within  24hr of your dining experience.

Due to our abundance availability of produce, we can always make a vegetarian portion. Please let us know ahead of time if this is something you desire, so that we can make sure you are satisfied with the vegetarian offerings. 

Sign-up deadlines are Tuesday’s at Noon.

Limit of 55 tickets available each week.

A minimum of 15 guests is required for the event to occur.  If the minimum number of reservations is not met by 12:00pm noon on Tuesday, guests who have signed up will be notified and their payment refunded.

Directions can be obtained online or at the Smuggler’s Notch Activities desk.

What to wear: comfortable footwear or sneakers. Dress is casual comfortable. Evening temperatures tend to be cooler, so it’s a good idea to bring a sweater or sweatshirt.
What to bring: You are welcome to bring a beverage of your choice. Wine glasses and bottle openers are provided. Non-alcoholic beverages provided. 

Refunds and cancellations: Because of the logistics of hosting this event there are no refunds for cancellations after 12:00 noon on Tuesday.  A minimum of 15 guests required for the event to occur.  If the minimum number of reservations is not met by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, guests who have signed up will be notified and their payment refunded.
